PAPER VERSION

The author has 20 years of business experience in the United States, where the key to success in business, especially among white-collar workers, is having an MBA. There are many cases where one cannot even get a job without one, so much so that the author has doubts about the MBA degree. He has seen many MBA graduates who are egg-headed, as it were, to the point of not being able to succeed. Through his own experience, the author explains what it means to sell something and what it means to be customer-oriented.
